Brand new cellophane on the handle Scott Swing 12’8” 7 wt Spey fly rod. This is Scott’s new two handed Spey Rod. This rod retails for $1450. In the pictures the reflections show the internal graphite and nothing more. This is brand new! There are some minor cosmetic white marks on the outside of the tube because I stored it in my closet, but other than that the fly Rod itself and everything else you see in the photos is absolutely brand new.
